Richard Choy
Founder
Richard Choy founded Sure Roofing & Waterproofing from the back of his pickup truck in 1982 and has grown the company into a leading residential and commercial roofing provider in San Francisco.
He developed the Sure Secure Hybrid system over decades of flat roof experience, creating a proprietary assembly that extends roof life by shielding the modified bitumen base from UV and infrared damage. He is a US Army veteran, an avid golfer and a new grandfather.
